• Yes this has a move reminder, it will vibrate and also show a red bar on some screens to remind you. The longer you sit the longer it takes to clear the inactive red bar. This is a very nice feature.

• Yes, you can set daily goals and it tells me when I should get up and move around

• Yes it does. I don't know if you can personalize the alarm but it does show a "move" message if I sit in my chair for about a hour or so.
