• No the wrist band runs small. I have mine on the second one from the end.

• I did not find the size to be a problem. I am a female with small wrists and I am very comfortable wearing it. I think if it was smaller it might be harder to read.

• I have a medium sized wrist and it fits fine. Comfortable to wear 24/7
