• No, this does not upload GPS locations in real time, the user must upload the data from the watch

• Hello GGSue, The Forerunner 15, like all of the GPS enabled fitness wearable devices made by Garmin, are just receivers of the GPS information. They would not have the ability to track a person using the built-in GPS. -JFH
