- Answer The Garmin Heart Rate Monitor connects via ANT + technology and is designed to pair with a Garmin compatible device. This includes most of our Garmin watches and biking computers. Older phones such as the iPhone 3GS, 4 and 4S allowed the customer to use an adapter which allowed connection between the ANT + accessory and the phone. Best regards. ~QKO

- Answer Unfortunately not. The Garmin Heart Rate Monitor uses an ANT+ signal, while the Apple watch and iPhone require Bluetooth connectivity in order to transmit data. -LB
