how do you get the lifetime map updates null

Your device can be updated by connecting it to a computer with a USB cable and downloading the Garmin Express program onto the computer. This process can be started here: www.garmin.com/express. -MH

Mine came with lifetime maps. Just have to register it online.

Just hook the USB cable to your computer and go to the Garmin website garmin.com/express. It will check for and download any updates needed.
