DOES IT HAVE A WARRANTY? null

They all come with a year warranty. I am looking into that now because of the poor battery life this one came with. Worked great when I bought it. Used it for 2 weeks held the charge. Kept all my addresses. Had memory all set up with my addresses. After 3 weeks of none use, battery dead, all my addresses were blank out. Batteryt was dead. Came back up after I charged it for a a while addresses gone . Not sure if this unit battery was defectivey or they are all like that .
