I do not have this feature on my vehicles, however, the bluetooth Garmin Speaker is very loud (volume control) and the caller can not hear my airconditioner blasting. My vehicles windows have noise reduction from outside already so, the caller can her the kids in the backseat saying hello to hard hearing grandpa.
