Can I speak to the Garmin ?? Will it speak back to me ?? null

I did not purchase a Garmin GPS with voice. That feature is only available on the more expensive units and you will have to read the product details to identify the units with this feature.

That's a one way street. This model talks to you. There is another machine you can talk to however you will be paying for that privilege.
