does this rely on cellular signals null

All GPS signals come from underground/oceans NOT satellites. Cell phones use towers.

A GPS unit gets its information from satelites in the sky to determine our geographical location and your destination! A GPS on the phone operates the same,except getting the info to your phone needs cellular signals because you are using Google's GPS and their map system or what other system is on your phone besides Google!!

This product does not use cell signal.
