“Since this is a clearance item, does it still come with a warranty with both Garmin and Best Buy? I want to keep back for Christmas but in case something wrong don't want to be stuck!”

Garmin provides a one-year manufacter's warranty for any device purchased through one of our official dealers (such as Best Buy), and this would cover you. I can't advise regarding Best Buy's warranty or return policies, and would recommend contacting them directly for any concerns regarding this. -OA
