• Hello, To enter a new destination, you simply go to "Where To?", select what type of destination (Address, Point of Interest, Coordinates, etc..) and proceed with entering the information to find your destination. Once you locate it, select it and touch "Go!". This will prompt you to set as a new destination if you already have a destination calculated. To increase speaker volume, you go to the "Volume" option on the main menu and move the slider along the bar to your preferred volume level. -NM

• No problems increasing the volume, but did have some difficulty entering addresses correctly. Went to the Geek Squad and they explained everything I needed to do step by step!
