Can you use it in a big truck null

You can use it on a big truck but it will not give you trucking navigation. For that type of navigation you need one of our dēzl series devices. They are designed for trucking navigation. ~JH

If you are referring to a Tractor trailer like a semi-truck then yes however I do feel obligated to warn you that it does not warn of low clearance areas or weight limits for bridges and such
