• Yes, I had it connected to my iphone using the Garmin app and received calls and texts. Using the watch for phone calls worked remarkably well.

• I was told at Best Buy that Garmin was more compatible with Android & Apple watches are more compatible with IPhones.

• Yes-you can answer calls and reply to texts using phone/IOS

• As long as your have a compatible iPhone. You can answer and speak to a caller with the watch, however, to answer a text you must text back using the phone.
