• You have to go into the watch settings to change time and set up which apps you want to use on your watch

• Each time you turn on the watch and acquire satellites, the watch automatically detects your time zones and the current time of day. You can also manually sync the time with the following steps: Hold B button > Select Clocks > Time > Time Sync. Also, the Venu 3 uses an internal barometer to automatically measure elevation changes as you climb floors.
