Q: QuestionIs this the soft gold stainless steel with the french gray? Or is it a silver stainless steel? I only want the soft gold colour, but the description just says "stainless steel" without the soft gold.

• A:Answer Yes, but you have to customize it for each activity. Go to the activity, then "settings", click "data screen" then chose screen one, two or three, "edit data fields", tap the field you watch to change then click "other fields" and then change it to "time of day". There you go!

Q: QuestionWhy don’t you sell the French Gray color?

• A:Answer The Venu 3s comes in that color, the only size specific colors only available in the full-sized Venu 3 is the black and white so it might just be that BestBuy doesn't want to add it to their catalog which is wild because when I bought my grey color they said they bought it from the manufacturer and had to ship it in for my order so they obviously could just go to Garmin and order it. It could just be they don't want too wide a variety of every electronic they sell on their website for logistical issues such as just having too many SKUs in the system or whatever. The color however is still available on the Garmin website for the same price.

• A:Answer The venu 3s uses the 18mm quick release style of watchbands. I found alternative/cheaper options on Amazon but the Garmin site also has official options you can buy in several colors and materials such as leather, silicone, and nylon at a higher premium price.

• A:Answer Go by what the Garmin website says. For some reason even Amazon gets some things wrong about this watch??? Other sites also say this wont work with the Garmin HRM Pro but I own both and they do connect and work together.
