• I don't see why not. It is fully waterproof. The heart rate sensor may not work as accurately on wet or perspiring skin though.

• Kay, the operating temperature range is from -20º to 50ºC (from -4º to 122ºF). Meaning you can safely use your device during Hot Yoga.
