• The vivoactive HR has many activity profiles. Prior to starting the timer you would select the activity profile that you would like to use.

• You need to set the mode on what activity you are going to do.

• it has a bike app, you just select it and then wait for the GPS to lock on then give it one more click and you can ride. I have only used the Walk app and it usually takes about 5 seconds for GPS to lock on
