Yes, a computer can be used to sync and review your activity data. Please note that the smart notifications require a Bluetooth phone connection, so you also would not receive text, email, and other alerts from the phone. ^DK
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you download Garmin Connect to your computer you should be able to plug your watch in to the charging base and use the USB port to sync with your computer. I do this on my laptop from time to time.
