My vivosmart has an option to find my cellphone by tapping the phone icon and it'll send a signal to my phone causing the flash to blink and the phone to sound off until I locate the phone to turn off the notification. I find this feature very helpful.”

It most certainly does have a "find my phone" application on the watch; however, the Garmin Connect feature on the phone needs to have been activated and within the vicinity so that it able to let you know where it is. If you walk far from the phone it will disconnect over bluetooth and then you will not be able to find it again.
