• If you 1. Have a reciept and bought it within 90 days or 2. Bought the insurance for your watch. If you haven't its sooooo worth it. I've changed watches 4 time in the pat year and a half either because after a while it didn't suit my need or... honesyly, a new watch came out and I wanted it

• I tried that but they wouldn't do it. I bought the first one from Sports Authority which is out of business so the suggestion to return it there was not helpful...
