• The time can be set automatically based on location or manually. You can download different watch faces that can show multiple time zones.

• Yes, it keeps up with your timezone when you travel. One of the time settings is to Automatically set the time. As far as seeing two time zones at once, there is an app that can be downloaded for this. I keep GMT and Another time zone on mine. Then I see local when I look at the watch without bringing up the app.
