I wouldn't hold my breath. Microsoft has ended update support for the Windows phone and is apparently throwing in the towel on Windows phones since it has less than 1.0 per cent market share in the smart phone market. (I made the mistake of buying a Nokia Lumia shortly after Microsoft bought the company. Although the phone was above average as far as hardware is concerned, there were almost no apps available. The ones that Microsoft offered were half baked, and third party software providers didn't want to waste their time on a product with such a limited market.) Do yourself a favor and buy a good Android smart phone (or if you are extremely wealthy, an iPhone). The vivoactive watch will work well with either of these operating systems, and it IS necessary to pair the watch with a smart phone in order for it to be fully functional.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am using with Lumia Icon and with the latest app update the device syncs much better.
