I got this watch and set it up. Kept disconnecting, over 20 times. I called customer support and they told me the 6.0.1 marshmallow OS is not supported and Garmin has no plan to send out a fix. Is there a fix? null

I checked before I bought the watch, it IS listed as compatible. Maybe you should update your table to indicate it is no longer compatible!! Also, you should train your Customer service to at least provide some accurate help. Clearly by your response (robot response) you don't have a fix, and do not plan too. Watch on way back. Please refer to the compatibility list via www.garmin.com/ble to confirm if your phone can connect via Bluetooth with the vívoactive HR. ~QKO
