I checked before I bought the watch, it IS listed as compatible. Maybe you should update your table to indicate it is no longer compatible!! Also, you should train your Customer service to at least provide some accurate help. Clearly by your response (robot response) you don't have a fix, and do not plan too. Watch on way back.
