• It track it, but you have to enter t h email weight info, it won't/can't weight you. I hope this answers your questions.

• The vivoactive HR does not directly record your weight, however it can receive weight data from our Garmin Connect online fitness platform. You can get weight data into Garmin Connect by directly entering it, by syncing with a third-party platform like MyFitnessPal or Strava, or by using our Index Smart Scale. -OA
