• Absolutely! I have it for my 12 year old and she wears it all the time. It's waterproof and doesn't have to be charged. It has a battery that lasts 1 year. After that, you'll just need to change it.

• Yes. My daughter is 10 and she enjoys it. You may need to get it started by downloading the app and setting it up but your child should be able to access the app and use the Garmin from there.

• It depends on their wrist size. It fits my 14 year old son, but is really too big for my - I have a very small wrist.
