“My vivofit 3 has been set up & worn for 2 months......suddenly the screen went blank with a red line at the top. I have tried to get support on line but need a serial# Where do I find it? Does this indicate a dead battery??? Where do you buy a battery?”

• Any watch repair place Beware mine went blank after 4 months replaced battery and now it is blank again after 2 months Serial number is located on original box

• You can find the serial on the box. If the red progress bar is still there it may not be battery issue, but Garmin support will tell for sure once they check it out. Good luck!
