“I cannot turn the alarm off on my son's watch. I have delete it in the ap and sync but then the alarm comes back. How can we fix this? Is it a bug?”

• I couldn't find a way either. It's not that obvious but if you hold your finger down on a blank area of the alarm in question, an option will come up to delete
