• Yes. I keep my Bluetooth off all day and just turn it on at night to Sync before I take it off to go to bed. I love this tracker.

• The device will track without Bluetooth, however, if you want to sync with a phone you'll need Bluetooth enabled. You will also need Bluetooth to receive messages. Debbie with Garmin
