Alarms will have to set up in Garmin Connect Mobile or Garmin Connect for the device. You can answer and dismiss incoming calls, plus with Android you have the ability to reply. You may want to go to support.garmin.com where you'll find many helpful FAQ's and video's on the functions of the device.
