“Garmin makes the Vivosmart 4 in two sizes: Small/Medium, and Large. Currently there is very limited availability of the Large. Why doesn't Best Buy make it clear in their product description that Best Buy only sells the S/M version?”

I found the same to be true. After I got home, I noticed small/medium on the box. The size works for me.
