The small band version of the vivosmart will fit wrist sizes 5-6.75 inches (127-172mm). The large band will fit wrist sizes 6.1-8.7 inches (155-221mm).

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I went to the website and found the mm of the unit and then compared it to my wrist. I did not want it tight so I got the large one. I am 6'5 and I have plenty of room to make it bigger or smaller.
