According to the Garmin website: Small bands are for wrist sizes of 127mm to 172mm Large bands are for wrist sizes of 155mm to 221mm So in order to properly judge, you will need to measure your wrist. I can say that you more than likely will need the large though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Large is a better fit for that height. Go to best buy to try it out though as I have seen tall people with small wrists.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My husband is 5'9 and lifts weights/runs and I purchased a large for him.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm 6'2" and probably a lot, um, "larger" than you. I have a large and there are 11 holes in which you can close the band so it fits. I wear it so you can see 6 holes after I close the band around my wrist, and this is a tiny bit loose (but comfortable). Large would most likely fit you, but I think you would have more flexibility with the smaller size.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.measure the circumference of your wrist above the wrist bone… I have 6.5" wrist and the large fits fine… the small would fit as well, but at the upper limits for the band. (they have sizing info on the Garmin site, BTW).
