• Get a small. It's 7" and adjustable to smaller.

• SMALL for sure Large is too big

• The small band will cover a wrist circumference between 4.7-6.9", whereas the large band will cover a wrist circumference between 6.0-8.3". For more wiggle room I would suggest the small band. -LB
