• Yes. Also with an iPad. Need Garmin Connect app and or Garmin Express. Just google those two names and download the correct one for either laptop or iPad.

• The vivosmart HR can be paired with a computer in order to sync the data. You can use Garmin Express (www.garmin.com/express) in order to sync your data. You would need a compatible mobile device to use some of the connected features, such as smart notifications.
