Would be nice to be able to reset calories. For example I charged my watch while I slept last night. Says I burnt 711 calories already when I put it on this morning. Would like to be able to reset because no telling how accurate it is, because I didn't wear it while I slept.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unless you are dead you DID burn calories. So no need to reset. Calories reset at midnight. Everybody burns calories every single second of every single day, even if you're just sitting there.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Please keep in mind, the vívosmart HR calculates both active and inactive (BMR - base metabolic rate) calories to show the total calories burned on a daily basis. Everything resets at midnight. This means you'll have totals for average calories burned during activities, along with BMR averages, including around 350 to 600 calories burned after a full night's sleep. If you feel the total calories burned are off, please first ensure the information in your profile is as accurate as possible.
