I also have a small wrist, about 6 inches. I purchased the Regular size (not the Large size). The band that holds the device is easily adjusted; there are still 4 adjustment points left that I could tighten it further on my wrist. So, in terms of overall size, it should be ok for your wrist. That said, what I found cumbersome is that the device itself (not the band) is a fairly broad and rigid size. Because my wrist is small, there are gaps on either side of that rigid structure where it doesn't meet skin. It's a little annoying, but it doesn't adversely affect how the device works for me. The green heart-rate monitors are in the middle of the device against my wrist, so they still find my heart rate.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a small wrist and fasten it somewhere in the middle of the band. you are supposed to wear it slightly above the wrist bone area, so this is worn higher on my arm than I would wear a typical wristwatch. A friend bought a garmin vivofit for her eight years old son because she heard that the wristband on the children's version is very small. The child is not particularly large.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.my granddaughter was only 8 when i got it for her and it fit her fine. she has a very small wrist.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My wife has one with small wrists and it fits her with no problem; the only drawback with a small wrist is that the band needs trimming at the very end. It still fits through the loop like normal, but there's enough excess that trimming it is needed so that it doesn't catch on something.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The vivosmart HR comes in two different sizes, a regular and extra-large size. The regular size would be recommend for someone with 6 inch wrists. More information on the band sizes can be found in the following link: https://support.garmin.com/faqSearch/en-US/faq/content/jZgtzDVKMd7fwGl4h4dQSA.
