Yes, the vívosmart HR has options to change the orientation along with changing the screen based on the wrist it is being worn on. With the "Screen Orientation" option, you can select from a horizontal or vertical orientation. It also has an option called "Wrist Worn On", in the Device Settings, to customize which wrist the band is worn on. {CW}

Go to Garmin Devices in the menu on the app and click on the vivosmart hr device shown. Then go to device settings then orientation and choose the picture of vertical or horizontal. Note: it did take my tracker about an hour to update or sync to this setting.
