- Answer Yes. You have a few choices. The hardest part is figuring out how. Even with the app downloaded I think I have to go online to their website to change the face....

- Answer Yes this supplies continuous heart rate and if you download the app it lets you see overall HR/stress/activity levels on a day, weekly, or monthly basis charted out. I don't know if HR can be set as a default but with two or three swipes you can easily see it.
