“I understand that the vivoactive 3 does not come with any golf courses pre-loaded. My question is: once you download a course (or multiple courses) do they stay in memory so the next time you play that course, you do not have to download it again? Thanks”

One course will stay on the device. You can have multiple courses in the Garmin Connect Mobile app. If you switch courses you will have to download the course you're playing each time unless you're playing the same course again. Debbie with Garmin
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They do not stay on your watch but should remain in Garmin Connect so you will need to download back to your watch. You should be able to tap on the course and it will start the sync process.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This watch has some limited internal memory that I use to store workout stats. I'm not so sure it would be able to hold much more than one downloaded golf course if it could do that at all, but it may be possible to link to them via the phone. Best way to get the most accurate information is to call Garmin directly and speak with an expert.
