• No, it will not measure heart rhythm, just HR Debbie with Garmin

• The VivoActive 3 has a heart rate monitor, not a heart rhythm monitor. (Basically, its the same as pressing your finger against your neck and checking your pulse. It is NOT an EKG.)

• No it does not but I will say it is a great watch for the price, I own a Galaxy watch and use this one more, it counts steps & stairs more accurately.
