“In specifications: "Operating System Compatibility" it says "Apple IOS" what does that mean? i have an android phone. Search of the questions say connection will work through the garmin App on phone makes no mention of "Apple IOS"”

IOS is a mobile operating system created and developed by Apple. If you have an android, as I do, you can download the Garmin App from the play store and sync the Vivoin watch to your phone.

As long as your phone meets our Bluetooth compatibility requirements it should pair just fine. Android requirements: 6.0 Operating System or later Android version 6.0, (Android Marshmallow) was released in October 2015. Most devices manufactured after this date will meet this requirement.
