Is this waterproof null

According to the specifications listed in the description, it is water-resistant to a depth of 164 feet. I haven't tested this personally and don't plan to wear underwater.

Below is the definition of the ATM 5 water rating for this device. Withstands pressures equivalent to a depth of 50 meters splashes, rain or snow, showering, swimming, diving into water, snorkeling Debbie with Garmin

This product documents that it is capable of a depth of 5ATM (150 Feet). I have not showered with it or swam with it. I don't believe it would be an issue if it's rated to 150 feet.
