“I don't have a smartphone but I want to get this watch. will I be able to track the data on my hp laptop or do I need a smartphone? oh and also can I upload music to this watch? thank you”

You can sync it on a computer using the data/charging cable, and the Garmin express pc application. But you cannot upload and play music on it.

The vivoactive 3 Music version has the ability to download music to the watch. The vivoactive 3 only controls the music on your phone from the watch. Debbie with Garmin
