• A:Answer I move around quite a bit and it still reads my sleep score. I have noticed that at the start of my current sleep routine, it’ll say I fell asleep at a time I know I was still up but I just hadn’t moved and my heart rate was down. But the app is good in showing deep sleep, rem, and wakefulness. It’s also surprisingly more comfortable to sleep in than I expected.

• A:Answer The app this watch uses can monitor blood pressure but you have to get a specific cuff to pair it with. The watch does great with helping me monitor my own heart condition. You can set up alerts for when your heart rate gets above a certain bpm and then look back through the day to see if there were any issues.
