• Music is played thru your phone's app. I use Google Music, Spotify, and Pandora. The watch, when paired to your phone thru the Garmin Connect app will skip songs, repeat songs, pause/stop songs, volume control....like a remote control.

• Only controls the music player on certain compatible devices (for me it looks to only control iTunes, not Pandora so far).

• No. It only controls music on your phone like play pause, etc. It doesn't store music.
