• Yes, if you do not have a cell or smart phone, this device will work with a windows or mac computer. The device comes with an ANT+ stick. This is a way for it to have a wireless connection to the computer.

• Yes will link to Garmins web site. Cell phone is nice but ultimately a luxury. In fact garmin makes it easy to link.
