• yes, it vibrates and shows the number if you set up the notifications to include calls.

• Yes, it vibrates, and the number shows on the screen. (doesn't vibrate very hard, and the screen...is what it is. larger Garmin devices with bigger screens are obviously easier to read).

• Yes. You set the notifications. It will vibrate with a call or text or email if you want it to. You can disable that function too.

• Yes it does, it tells you name of the caller as typed on your cell, and you can answer call, but need to still be nearby and put phone to ear in order to talk and be heard. Not a downside if washing dishes and need a second to dry your hands.
