No it's up to you to hire a plumber to extend the gas line and install a new shut off valve. They will usually connect the flex gas line from your line to the stove.

No they wont. Even when we offered to cut the valve off from the basement. They would not do it. So we are now here with yhe hold and new stove trying to find a reasonable plumber. They should state this before purchase. Valve must be near stove. So you ca. Be prepared. So disappointing
