“Why are there 2 supports that go under the glass turntable? One has a middle pc that holds the plate in place & had the part that supports the plate while turning. The other is one pc thatdoesn't have the configuration to hold the glass turntable. Why?”

Hi Nana- This is Sue at GE Appliances. Thanks for your purchase! The microwave is equipped with a turntable support (ring) with wheels and a center turntable shaft. Both are required for operation of the turntable. Keep in touch!
