• HANGING KIT JXA019K IS NOT THE CORRECT HANGING KIT FOR THIS MODEL MICROWAVE, IT ONLY WORKS WITH THE JEM3072 MODEL. THERE IS NOT A HANGING KIT AVAILZBLE FOR THIS COUNTERTOP MODEL.

• There are three different models sold at Best Buy. They show all 3 can mount under a cabinet. This model JES1072SHSS DOES NOT mount under a cabinet. it DOES NOT have the plugs on the top that you can remove to reveal threaded holes for bolts. The picture on Best Buys website that shows this mounted under a cabinet is WRONG. That picture is for the other model.

• FYI - this answer shows up for lots of microwaves not all will hang. dont get fooled. JEM1072SS DOES NOT HAVE MOUNT POINTSS
